The purpose of the assessment is to identify service needs and determine if the individual has a substance abuse or chemical dependency problem. Upon completion of the interview, recommendations are made for treatment, education and/or support groups based on the results of the assessment.
Alcohol & Drug Assessments by appointment only are available on Tuesdays (appointments must be pre-scheduled, we do not accept same day appointments).
Please call 512.246.9880.
The assessments are a 45 to 60 minutes interview with an LCDC (Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor). An assessment recommendation letter is then provided to the client’s referral source (attorney / probation officer / etc) within 1 to 3 business days of the appointment.
