Policy

LifeSteps Class Policy

Participants must not have had any alcoholic beverages or be under the influence of drug prior to attending class. One week’s notice is required to reschedule you without cost for the next available class. Be on time! Doors will be locked at the start of class time, you will not be admitted if you are late. Certificate of Completion will not be issued without your cause number. Registration paperwork and pre-tests must be completed prior to the first day of class. Phones are not permitted and must be turned off during class. NO TEXTING!

Refund Policy

You may be refunded if the request is submitted in writing one week prior to class start date. Without one week’s notice, any refund is forfeited and the class can only be rescheduled. Regardless of the reason, there is a $20 non-refundable fee for refunds.

Advanced Alcohol & Drugs Class Policy

Participant must attend the entire 8-hour session to receive a certificate of completion. If you do not complete the 8 hours or miss your scheduled class, you will be required to pay a $55 reschedule fee in order to attend the next available class from the beginning.

Cognitive Change Class Policy

Participant must attend the entire 8-hour session to receive a certificate of completion. If you do not complete the 8 hours or miss your scheduled class, you will be required to pay a $40 reschedule fee in order to attend the next available class from the beginning.

Drug Offender Class Policy

Participant must attend all five sessions in the order in which they are presented to receive a certificate of completion. If you miss a session or miss your scheduled class, you will be required to pay a $75 reschedule fee and are required to start the next available class from the beginning.

Participant must attend all three sessions in the order in which they are presented. If you miss a session or miss your scheduled class, you will be required to pay a $55 reschedule fee and are required to start the next available class from the beginning.

MIP (Alcohol Awareness for minors) Class Policy

Participant must complete the both class sessions. If you miss a session or miss your scheduled class, you will be required to pay a $40 reschedule fee and are required to start the next available class from the beginning.

Choices Not Chances Class Policy

Participants must complete the 2-hour session. Late arrivals will not be admitted to class and will forfeit the registration fee. No exceptions.
